10.10.10 Review Of Safe Work Procedures

Safe work procedures should be reviewed at scheduled intervals and whenever:

Review should confirm that the documented procedure matches actual work, the specified controls remain practicable and effective, and lessons from workers and previous tasks have been incorporated.

10.10.11 Summary

Safe systems of work implement the applicable RF Radiation Safety Plan at task level. They define the work, source states, controls, authorization, responsibilities, verification, communications, stop-work conditions, and formal handback. Isolation should cover every source that can affect the work and be independently verified where appropriate. Energized work requires a documented compliance assessment and additional controls. At shared sites, no source may be restored until all affected work groups have released it.
