7.5.3 Analyse Risks

Analysing risks commences with looking at what, if anything exists by way of risk-management activities. This applies mainly to situations where we are navigating the process in subsequent iterations or where some controls have already been put in place by our predecessors. Working in groups is considered essential to making informed estimates of likelihood (L) and consequence (C) of risks identified in the preceding stage.
