Sysrep

A sysrep or a precise representation of a system is a truth assertion we hold individually as part of our own personal knowledge. We recall these truth assertions each time we want to discuss, analyse, think or write about, for example, a picture, an equation, a mental image, a conceptual model, or a word description. The kinds of sysreps we form are limited in significant ways by the capacity of the human mind (Kline 1995: 16-46; 318). Also see mental model.
