Connotative link

Connotative links are links where causality may act in either direction at different times or under varying circumstances. This type of link suggests causality is ill- defined, open to interpretation, or requiring further observation and investigation. Connotative relationships are depicted by dashed lines without arrowheads. Where colour is available, these dotted lines will usually be coloured green.
