Stakeholder
In a group modelling project, the project management team must identify the stakeholders, determine there requirements, and then manage and influence those requirements to ensure a successful modelling project outcome. Managing stakeholder expectations may be difficult because stakeholders often have very different objectives and that may come into conflict. For a definition of stakeholder in the context of project management, see PMI (2000: 16-17).
